Power Usage on a Typical Summer Day in Ontario, Canada.

Estimate the time intervals when mean energy use is decreasing on an average summer day.

Why would power usage be decreasing during those time intervals?

The hot summer day energy use changes from decreasing to increasing and from increasing to decreasing more frequently than it does on an average summer day. Why do you think this occurs?
