Require students to respond to your written feedback prior to writing another in-class assessment.
Take a photo of my longer feedback that I wrote on your essay (usually at the end of your essay or where your goal self-reflectoin is).
Upload the photo to your Google Drive.
Then, upload the image in the whiteboard space below.
Type each comment that I make in your essay then insert the text from your essay test that I am commenting on.
Then, self-reflect by using these prompts:
explain why I am saying that comment
explain how to fix it for your next test
explain why it's a good thing that you did
tell me if it doesn't make sense
did you know that you were doing what you were doing, positively or negatively?
What will be your score goal and writing & analysis goals for your next timed essay? Why?
