"Yeah, clean your room," my little sister repeated. "Because YOU'RE so neat," I smirked back.
The burly principal, in his suit and tie, jumped up and down, giggling and clapping.
The rain poured outside. We heard the announcement come over the intercom, expecting a change to inside recess. Instead, the secretary announced, "Get ready to have some fun in the rain today, kids. Today will be an outside day."
"Eggs are full of protein," our health teacher instructed. I leaned over and whispered to my best friend, "I will be sure to eat egg-stra!" We both giggled.
