Steps for resolving conflict

Conflict is a part of life and cannot ever be totally avoided. When groups of people come together in the same space it is natural that they will disagree about some things or cause us to get upset or frustrated at times.

However, when we manage conflicts well we can strengthen bonds and come to a better understanding.
