Social Studies is a vast and potentially overwhelming concept. The term itself is broad. It is so many things and one thing all at the same time. Social studies is learning how and why we behave, see, talk, dress, process, and decipher the world around us. This module both overwhelmed me and taught me to understand there is a massive picture when it comes to social studies, but it can be painted stroke by stroke.
