Example: I was very conflicted about the decision I had to make. I felt confused, a little sad, and like I was going to have to dissapoint one of my coaches.

Now that you have made your choice, how can you reflect on it? What have you learned from this choice? (3-5 sentences).
Example: Now that I have made my choice, I realized that I was just prioritizing what was best for me, and which sport I liked more. I have learned to apply this to the choices I make now, because it is so important to prioritize what is best for me.
