In your opinion, what are the top three things that make an assessment "high quality"?

Which suggestion do you find most valuabe? Why?
Are there any of these 6 that you would like to argue against? Why?
Point #7 is a current trend that we haven't really dealt with here at PVHS and, quite frankly, aren't planning on addressing too soon. But the thought is coming up in education circles quite a bit.
