Scenario #2:

Sarah decides to bring her PC back home and checks it out from the cart and places it into her heavy bag. She then quickly goes to the changing room to change back into her uniform, but throws her bag onto the concrete floor. When she returns home, Sarah notices that her PC won’t start after pressing the power button. After many attempts, the laptop finally starts, but she also notices that the screen is warped a little.

If you could provide Sarah feedback about how she cares for her laptop, what would you tell her?

Scenario #3:

Michelle is working on a presentation for English Class. She cannot draw, so she has been using an app that allows her to draw anime faces to help add some interest grabbing graphics to the presentation. One day, her teacher informs her that the school staff will be inspecting the computer history of each student for all websites visited. Michelle wants to keep using the app, but she is afraid that the teacher will not allow her to use the PC anymore if they find the record of her using the app on the computer.
