Please use this Formative, individually, to explore what questions your NGO project needs to answer. Afterwards combine your ideas with your group on a google doc and make sure to share with Madame. This will prepare you to understand the expectations of the project.

Note how specific they are with their efforts and crisis. 

This questions is how you sell the importance of your crisis. Why is it important, aka why should people pay attention? This can be personal reasons or larger scale but they must be compelling.
