My name is Phuong. I came to Australia two months ago and now I am studying English. I was a hairdresser in Vietnam. I like hairdressing but it is different in Australia. It costs a lot of money to retrain and set up a salon so I am going to be a chef. I will continue to study English until the end of this year. Then, if my English is good enough, I will go to TAFE and do a two-year course in international cooking. Then I will look for a job in a very good restaurant. In five years' time I hope to have my own restaurant.
