Some historians say that the statues were erected all over the South for different reasons. What do you feel should be done with those that are privately owned or held on Private land?

Some statues were erected during the Civil Rights era. Should those erected during that time on public land be allowed to remain?

Do you feel that the distinction between the locations of the statues makes a difference? For example, shoud privately held land be an allowable location for a statue to confederate soldiers, or should public land be barred as a location for these monuments?
