Some sentences below are active and some are passive. Which sentences are in the passive form?

The passive is formed with the verb to be an the past participle (3rd column / -ed)

If we want to transform a sentence from active to passive we must change the order of the elements in the sentence. Look at the picture:
!Remember: If there is both a direct object (LV) and an indirect object (LV) the indirect object become the subject of the passive sentences.
e.g. They had asked him that question several times before.
=> He had been asked that question several times before.

Transform these sentences from active to passive.
Step 1: Divide the sentence into phrases (zinsdelen).
Step 2: Indicate Subject, Verb form, Direct Object, Indirect Object
Step 3: Choose a new subject (DO or IO)
Step 4: Transform your verb form by using 'be" in the same tense as the active verb and adding the PaPa of the main verb.
Step 5: Add the rest of the sentence (leaving the preposition in its original place)
