Tone Practice Day 3 L

Today you’re going to practice identifying tone and finding evidence to support the tone just like you’ve done for the past two days.

The only difference today is that we’ll be organizing this information in a chart that will be used throughout the rest of the unit. We will still follow the same steps as we have been- Read, identify the attitude, identify the tone, then prove the tone. Let’s jump in!

Look at this example! This will help you fill in the rest of the Formative.

Now read the following song excerpts- ya’ll know I had to throw Drake back into the mix again! Choose which song has a BITTER tone and fill out the chart for it. Remember, if you don’t know what bitter means, look it up!
