Un matin, en juin, il y a quinze ans, le petit Homer a téléphoné à Marge. Il a invité Marge et il a fixé un rendez-vous à sept heures le soir. Marge a choisi ses vètements tout l’après-midi et elle a passé 2 heures à préparer ses cheveux.
Homer est finalement arrivé chez Marge à sept heures trente. Il a porté un pantalon long et large avec une chemise rose en coton.
Homer et Marge ont décidé de prendre le bus. Malheureusement le bus a été en retard et ils ont attendu vingt minutes...sous la pluie!!
Homer et Marge sont arrivés en retard et le film avait commencé à huit heures. C’était dommage! Heureusement, Homer a réservé une table dans un restaurant à neuf heures. Quand Marge est arrivée, elle a vu que ce n’était pas un restaurant mais un fast food...
Dans le restaurant Marge a commandé une pizza avec de la salade. Homer a commandé des frites, un steak-frites avec du pain à l’ail, du poulet, une portion de frites. Le repas est arrivé une demi-heure plus tard. Homer a tout mangé et il a bu six bières....
A la fin de deux heures charmantes dans le restaurant, Homer et Marge ont reçu l’addition...Homer a oublié (forgot) son argent et Marge a payé le repas (meal)... Finalement Homer et Marge sont retournés à la maison à pied.
