Unit Objectives:

Week 2/3 Objectives:
  1. I can describe my physical school using il y a and il n’y a pas and the correct form of definite or indefinite objects
  2. I can describe francophone schools and compare them to mine
  3. I can understand the educational values represented by my physical spaces by connecting each space to the activities performed in those spaces, concluding what activities are important and what values they represent
  4. I can use avoir expressions to express the needs and wants of a school and school children
Before first synchronous meeting. You must:
1) Watch the weekly update video
2) Watch the intro to avoir and avoir expressions OR do the reading
3) Prove you did #2 by working through Formative activities 1-16 OR share your notes on the Formative (activity 17)
4) Look at photos of classrooms around the world and choose two to describe using il y a, il n’y a pas, and classroom materials (from preceding week) - min 8 sentences (Put answers in Formative #18)
