In the green box in the top left corner: Click "Oscillate" 

Adjust the settings so that:
Amplitude = 0.50 cm
Frequency = 1.5 Hz
Damping  = the dial should be in the middle
Tension = the dial should be in the middle

** Then click "Slow Motion" beside the Play button.
