EQ: How do you divide fractions?

Complex Fractions (the top is a fraction and the bottom is a fraction)

Check list:

1. check to see if all numbers are in fraction form.

3 in fraction form is 3/1

2 and 1/3 is a mixed number that needs to be changed to an improper fraction. (fraction form 7/3)

(remember to multiply the whole number and the demoninator and then add the numerator)

2. keep the first number

3. change the division sign to a multiplication sign

4. use the reciprocal on the second number (flip)
