Susie wants to see how different colored light waves influence the growth of pea plants. She thinks that the plants with red light will grow the tallest. She puts 3 identical plants in each type of light. She then gives them the same amount of water and fertilizer every day for the length of the experiment. She uses the same lamps and keeps the plants at the same temperature. Three plants are placed under a lamp with a red light bulb. Three plants are placed under a lamp with a blue light bulb and the last three are placed under a lamp with a green light bulb. She records the height of each plant grew at the end of three months.
