"My beloved son, notice the ship's sails are black because you are going on a voyage of sorrow and dispair" (Theseus the Minotaur).
"In the exuberance of his success, however, he forgot to alter the sails from black to white" (Theseus and the Minotaur).
This shows our theme of even hero’s make mistakes because it shows Theseus, our hero, forgetting to change the sails. This results in his father dying, and Theseus learning to be more mindful.
