Cindy and her young toddler Ivan are walking along the sidewalk.  For every 3 steps Cindy takes, Ivan takes 5 steps just to keep up.  What is the ratio of the number of steps Cindy takes to the number of steps Ivan takes? 

1. Make a ratio table
2. Add labels to the columns of the table and place the ratio into the first row of data. 
3. Add equivalent ratios to build a ratio table.
