There are many different kinds of strengths. Here are three strength categories:
a. recognize your interests and abilties, such as, playing a musical instrument, reading, or having science interests.
b. use personal capability to encourage yourself to work with others on a work project or with a team.
c. become self-aware about how you perform your best. Some examples include: studying in a quiet space, working outdoors, or using tools to organize and keep your focus.
