The Progressive Era is a time when there will be political, social, and economic reforms. Its called the Progressive Era because there is progress in the lives of people and their situations. People wanted a return of government for the people, so the focus here will be on problems and how the government responds to those problems. So we will begin with the intro video below and an anticipatory guide in google classroom. Click on the lesson titled Progressive Era beginnings and Goals.
