What two things must an IC have?

A prepositional phrase is a "phrase", which means it does not have a subject and a verb (fix your last answer if you choose prepositional phrase).

What two things make up a prepositional phrase (consider what we have been practicing in class these past two weeks)

For questions 3-5, you will be combining the IC (independent clause) with the prepositional phrase to give more details about the simple subject.  An example is below:

EXAMPLE: 
Indepenednt Clause= The small child was so hungry she stole.
Prepositional Phrase= with big eyes

ANSWER= The small child with big eyes was so hungry she stole.
