Example answers could be "coming to class and revising my GoFormatives", "seeking feedback from Ms. Jernberg inside or outside of class", "coming to office hours", or "I am struggling with time management" etc. However, do not feel pressured to list specific personal issues if your grade is not what you would like, but perhaps explain you had personal or familial issues as a reason for a lower grade.
