You also have some options on how and when you assign your GoFormative

  • Choose to assign the GoFormative just to specific students (great for retakes, absent students, or modified content)
  • Schedule the GoFormative to automatically open on or close on a specific date and time (great for mandating deadlines)
  • Choose whether students can see their scores (great for tests that you have to hand grade before letting them see their scores)
  • Choose whether/when students see the answer key (great to change up when you're giving daily work versus assessments)
  • Choose whether students can edit their work after hitting Submit (great to change up when you're giving daily work versus assessments)
  • Choose whether to randomize questions' order (so not every student is answering the same question at the same time)

You can even post the scores directly back into Google Classroom!
