Directions: Make sure you have the Moon Phase Gizmos open in another tab.  Use the Gizmos to answer the following questions.

Question 1

Using the Moon phase Gizmos, Move the moon up and to the left. How many days does it take to go all the way around the earth?

Reset the Moon. Now move the moon 1/4 the way around or 90 degrees. How many days does it take for the moon to reach First Quarter phase?

Now move the moon 14 days. Which moon phase occurs at this point?
