Now that you have learned about some of the traditions and customs celebrated in Spanish-speaking countries during the Christmas season, it is YOUR turn to tell me about your Christmas.
Please click on the "Show Your Work" box below and draw a depiction of how your home looks at Christmas. Be sure to add the following:
1) Important Christmas or seasonal decorations that adorn your home.
2) Items that are important to YOU.
3) Favorite dishes you eat during your Christmas meal.
3) Family members and/or friends who you gather with during this holiday season.
Label as many things as you can in your drawing IN SPANISH.
Lastly, add a short paragraph below your drawing and tell me what you are looking forward to during our Christmas break from school.
- People and things you are grateful for
- Special traditions you and your family do at Christmas (sing Carols, make special garlands, decorate the tree a certain way, eat certain things, play certain games, watch certain movies, etc.)
This paragraph must be written EN ESPAÑOL
This will count as a classwork grade and must be completed before we go on Christmas break.
And finally, ¡LES DESEO A TODOS UN FELIZ NAVIDAD Y UN PROSPERO AÑO NUEVO!
