So now we are at war. President Roosevelt has already sold America on the need to declare war on Japan, following the attack on Pearl Harbor. Now we need to get Americans involved in the fight at home. The message is going to be that we need to make sacrifices for the men at war and for the country. The men needed food and war materials. We also needed to get the war paid for. The actions of the government are going to meant to inspire Americans to go and fight and to encourage them to do what was necessary to help. The items below will summarize the Home Front during WW2.
