Jose bought a Mac Book Air from Best Buy 2 months ago. The computer was working great, but starting yesterday the computer shuts down after 5 minutes, regardless of how much power it has or whether it is plugged in or not. Jose brought the Mac Book back to Best Buy, but the store manager told him that they could not take the computer back because it was past 30 days since he purchased the item. Best Buy offered its Geek Squad services to inspect the computer for a $75.00 fee.
