Testing Attraction
We will be testing how attracted molecules of water are to one another and how attracted molecules of oil are to one another.
To test the attraction between the molecules of a liquid, we’ll put drops of the liquid onto the penny and observe the shape that the drops form and the number of drops that will stay on the penny before the liquid spills over the side.
