He laid out the city with four major diagonal streets that all led to a city center of government buildings. There are many interesting things to see and do in Indianapolis. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is the world's largest museum for kids.

The Squire Boone Caverns near Corydon were discovered by the famous explorer Daniel Boone and his brother Squire. Squrie settled in the area of Corydon, and when he died, residents honored his wish to be buried in a cave! Squire Boone Cave, where he is buired, has colorful cave formations and underground streams and waterfalls.
