Give the ablative singular or plural for each noun listed below. Remember to check the declension of the noun as well as its stem.

The stem of the noun is the base on which you apply the endings for all forms of the noun except for the nominative singular. Consider the example of vōx below:

Nom. sing. = vōx

Acc. sing. = vōcem

Abl. sing. = vōce

etc.

Remove the ending of any form other than the nominative singular to find the stem:

vōcem - em = vōc
