Tyler and his sister Emma have been riding bicycles all afternoon. They are working hard to get in shape because they are competing in a 5k next month. After riding bicycles all afternoon, they were dog tired. They wanted to quit before they planned to at one point because they were so tired, but Emma told her brother they needed to hang in there.
