Our lab work today should help us understand more about the relationships between height and energy. We are going to complete a pendulum lab to experiment with different heights and amounts of energy.

Conduct three trials holding your pendulum at a height of 10 cm above the ground. (Use the side of the measuring tape with the red numbers.)
Record your data in the table, and calculate the average of the three trials.
