dolerse = to hurt, it has a stem-change in the present tense (o-->ue). You use the same pronouns that we use with gustar to say who has something hurting them, but you only conjugate doler in the third person singular and plural (él/ella/usted and ellos(as)/ustedes forms).
Prounouns: if one thing hurts --> duele
yo me if more than one thing hurts --> duelen
él/ella/usted le examples: My hand hurts. --> Me duele la mano.
nosotros nos His arms hurt. --> Le duelen los brazos.
