Slides 1-18 are due by the end of today. Review your slideshow. Organize what you have finished & haven't. (You can come back and revise this as you go).

Title (Slide 3) - name it after your problem or idea
Researched problem (Slide 5 & 6) - at least one problem researched
Summarized problem (Slides 8 & 9) - summarize your research
Mapped problem (Slides 10,11 or 12) - use the "connection circle" if you're not sure which one to do.
"How might we?" question (Slides 13 & 14) - brainstorm a few then choose one that matches your solution.
Ideate (Slide 16) - brainstormed at least 2 solutions.
Test #1 (Slide 17) - discussed with a partner & filled out.
Test #2 (Slide 18) - discussed with a partner & filled out.
Make a prototype (add to Slide 20)
Explain your solution (Slides 21-24)
Cite your sources (Slide 25)

Using the rubric, how would you grade your work so far? Here's for Slides 8-9.

4 - Clear detailed problem description, with graphs, stats & images to support claim. Cited 2 or more sources of research.

3 - Detailed problem description, with facts to support claim. Cited at least 2 sources of research.

2 - Accurate problem description (not much detail). Cited at least 1 source of research.

1 - Problem description is vague, no sources cited.

I haven't done slides 8 & 9 (yet!!!)

How about your grade for your systems thinking map? (Slides 10/11 or 12)

4 - systems thinking map shows complex relationships related to the problem. I added arrows to show + (same) or - (opposite) relationships. I included a summary of what I learned.

3 - systems thinking map shows how problems connect to other factors, and includes one idea that I learned.

2 - systems thinking map is partial, it only shows some connections.

1 - systems map is incomplete or unclear.

I haven't started that yet.
