When describing rotations, there are two pieces of information you need - the degree and the direction.

For determining degree - If the shape moved one quadrant, that's a 90-degree rotation, two quadrants, that's a 180-degree rotation, and three quadrants, that's a 270-degree rotation.

For the following images, describe the rotations. You must say the degree (90, 180, or 270 degrees) AND the direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).
