After the 10 day sale, the local franchise reduced the price again by 10%. Calculate the markdown and the reduced price for the second discount.

Best Buy is selling a Samsung 65" LED TV for $919.99. The original price for this TV was $1,199.99. Calculate the markdown and the markdown rate. At the end of the week Best Buy will markdown the price of the TV by another 5%. Calculate the markdown and the reduced price for the second discount.

Nordstrom is running a special on all of their jewelry. A ring that was originally priced at $569 is on sale for $449. Calculate the markdown amount and the rate of the markdown. For customers with a coupon, there is another discount of 15% off the sale price. Calculate the markdown and the reduced price for the second discount.
