During this term we will be using this tool to support both you--by showing your work and me--by giving you feedback on your work. Click the show your button below. Question 6

Another handy feature about this platform is that you can upload pictures and documents into the Show Your Work section. There are multiple ways to do this. My favorite way is to use the google drive app on your smartphone (note: andriod devices have this app installed already...iphone users must install this app). You MUST be signed into this app with your school credentials so that it will load into your school google drive account. Watch the following very short video which describes what to do. Then upload a document (just take a picture of a some notes from last term...keep it respectful) into the show your section below.
NOTE: If you do not have a smart phone, an option 'camera' allows you to take a picture of your notes or work using your chromebook camera...but be careful and ensure I can read the document.

Now let's try a math problem:
Use the show your work feature below to step through this algebra problem. Be sure to start with the problem and then show each step of your work for solving. I've given you an example inside show your work. (feel free to use the text or drawing tool...as long as I can read what you wrote!)
go to: https://www.desmos.com/testing/virginia/scientific for a calculator.
When you are finished, type the correct answer in the box below (note: type only the numeric answer in the box...DO NOT INCLUDE 'x=' )--round to the tenths place or answer as an improper fraction
