My hypothesis was supported. I stated that Vinegar would remove the most grime off of the penny and it did. Looking over my results I noticed that water removed none of the grime (dirt) from the penny, however the salt water penny and the tomato sauce penny both had a little bit of grime (dirt) removed from them during the experiment.
