Addition and Subtraction of Polynomials

Sometimes the polynomials aren't in Standard Form (descending order from highest to lowest exponents). When this happens, you can either rewrite each polynomials in order before combining like terms, or just be REALLY careful when adding to make sure that you are combining like terms (same base, same exponent).
