Answer question about the following description:
In order to make a hard boiled egg you start with a pot filled with water and an egg. You light the gas stove and place the pot on it. The flame from the burning gas heats the pot which conducts heat to the water. Once the water heats to 100 degrees Celsius the water begins to boil. Immediately you remove the pot from the heat. At this point you start the timer. After ten minutes you must remove the egg from the pot and transfer it to a ice water bath to stop the egg from cooking. Hopefully the egg shell won't crack, but if it does you can still eat it. Once you have peeled your egg, the cooked egg should have a firm white, but not be rubbery. The yolk should be cooked but still a bright yellow.
