If 3 people submit a question, +6% bonus to them and everyone else gets no bonus points on an upcoming quiz.

If 4 people submit a question, +4% bonus to them and everyone else gets no bonus points on an upcoming quiz.

If 5 people submit a question, +2% bonus to them and everyone else gets no bonus points on an upcoming quiz.

If 6 or more people submit a question, then no one gets bonus points on an upcoming quiz.

One last thing, if no one submits any questions in this class, then everyone gets +5% points in the gradebook on the upcoming quiz.
