Analyze the symptoms and explain the disorder that is mentioned in this image, keep in mind that the most notorious symptoms are tremors and slowness.

Adderall is a medicine made by anphetamines, it is effective in treating the symptoms of ADHD and narcolepsy. At therapeutic doses, Adderall causes emotional and cognitive effects such as euphoria, increased wakefullness, and improved cognitive control. At these doses, it induces physical effects such as a faster reaction time, fatigue resistance, and increased muscle strength.
Recreational use of Adderall generally involves far larger doses and is therefore significantly more dangerous, involving a much greater risk of serious adverse drug effects than dosages used for therapeutic purposes, such as, cardiovascular accidents (heart attack and strokes), apetite loss, risk of seizures and psychosis, specially when this substance is abused.

Opioid use can lead to death due to the effects of opioids on the part of the brain which regulates breathing. An opioid overdose can be identified by a combination of three signs and symptoms:
  • pinpoint pupils;
  • unconsciousness; and
  • difficulties with breathing.
Worldwide, about 500 000 deaths are attributable to drug use. More than 70% of these deaths are related to opioids, with more than 30% of those deaths caused by overdose. According to WHO estimates, approximately 115 000 people died of opioid overdose in 2017. Opioid overdoses that do not lead to death are several times more common than fatal overdoses, but some scientists suggest that brain abnormalities and cognitive impairments are linked to an opioids overdose.
