Part 1: Modeling

Create two models to compare the amount of potential and kinetic energy in attracting and repelling magnets. In your first model, place a second magnet so that it attracts AND first has low PE and then high PE.

Additionally, draw a second model, place a second magnet so that it repels AND first has low PE and then high PE.

Part 2: Explanation

Describe how you, as a scientist, are able to increase the PE in attracting and repelling magnetic systems. Use your model above to support your response.
