Unit 2 Intro.

The body of a 40 year old man is found lying in a pool of blood in the hallway of a hotel. A hotel guest immediately checks for a pulse, then calls 911. When the police arrive, a crowd has formed around the body, with many people talking about what could have happened. Several guests claim to have seen parts of the crime take place. The officer on the scene immediately begins talking to the witnesses to determine what occurred. Once all witnesses were interviewed, the officer calls an investigative team. The officer begins wiping up blood from the crime scene, since it was very messy and gruesome. As he was cleaning, he notices a note lying on the floor and picks it up to read it. When the investigative team arrives, they set up crime scene tape and isolate the area.
