Read the following paragraphs. What is the best way to describe how they are organized?
While both stars and planets are celestial bodies found in the universe, the key difference lies in their ability to generate light: stars produce their own light and make their own heat, just like a giant light bulb! Stars are incredibly large and composed primarily of hydrogen and helium. Stars have a wide range of sizes and colors, for example Red Dwarfs, Yellow Dwarfs, Blue Giants, and Super giants -- these are the largest stars and can be hundreds of times larger than our sun!
Planets are a little different. They reflect light from the sun or other parent stars, which makes them appear to be illuminated when viewed from early. Planets are smaller and cooler than stars and can be made of various elements: they can be rocky, gaseous, or a combination of both, depending on their location within a solar system. Another interesting fact is planets are like big, round balls that orbit and go around stars, kind of like a merry-go-round.
Did you know the sun is a star and Earth is a planet?
