Riddle #1:
I am the beginning.
I began it all.
I am the time.
I made the first call.

Riddle #2:
They came to attack me.
I couldn't fight them off.
They were upset and couldn't let us be.

Riddle #3:
We couldn't stop them.
It was inevitable.
We tried so hard to speak up and condemn.

Riddle #4
We couldn't believe our eyes what occurred.
How dare they come in and create such a stir!
They invaded our Ally, so we knew what we had to do.
Support them and help them and fight the enemy too!
Who are we?

Riddle #5
He came to change Great Britain and make things improve.
With his help, the U.K was finally able to stand up and make a move.
The Prime Minister needed to go.
Now was the time to change all and fight against our foe!

Riddle #6
They considered it a miracle that we all survived.
The battle was uphill, but we still continued and shrived.

Riddle #7
They forced our hands and committed the crime.
There was nothing to do or say since they left us no time.
We had to stand up and make our prescence known.
It was time for the super-power to fight back and let it be shone!

Riddle #8
I rose to power as I was "all-knowing."
People listened even if the real truth was showing.
The destruction I caused changed history as we know it.

Riddle #9
I am the time that was taken from those who were a Jew.
These were the years, population decreased by thousands, not few.
I wish it did not take as long as it did for it to end.
Thankfully, enough countries stepped in to help bring about a mend.

Riddle #10:
It was 3 long years these places existed.
It took long enough to get rid of even though many people insisted.
The treatment was ill and unfair, why should they be treated like this? Doesn't anybody care?

The date has two numbers, exactly the same.
The battle that occurred was anything, but tame.
We landed in France and began at Normandy,
we consider this day to live in infamy.
Hint: I am a day, but not A,B,or C

Riddle #12
It was time for it all to end,
The United States knew one thing they could send.
Not one, but two they did to send the message.
Unfortunately many people perished and the country was filled with wreckage.

The day had come to set us free.
The day that would lead us to protecting just our sea.
The 6 long years of WWII had come to a close,
It was time to end the war and everyone knows!
