When discussing images, what does the term context refer to?
The place an image is published
The claim an image is making
The reason an image was created
The time, place, and situation of the photo
When you encounter a suspicious image what two questions should you ask?
Is it from a reliable source?
Is it a high resolution image?
Who is behind it?
Where was it taken?
If you are using the Chrome web browser, how can you access Google's reverse image search?
Go to Google and type a description of the image into the search bar.
Go to Google and google 'how to search an image'.
You can't use Goolge to reverse search an image. That only works in Safari!
Right-click on the image and select 'Seach Google for Image'.
Why is it important to see a full clip before you believe the claim it is being used to support?
The full clip will provide context for what is being shown or said in the video.
It will tell you who created the video.
It is the only way to be sure the video has not been edited.

Before you believe a video, what 3 things should you know?
Where it came from
Whether it has been digitally altered
Who created it
Who shared the post with you
What type of technology was used to film it
What is a good way to figure out if a video is real or fake?
Show it to a lot of people and ask them; someone is sure to know whether or not it's real.
