Activity 1: Difficult People

Fill in 3-5 of the rectangles below with problems that you have encountered with coworkers or bosses in your working history.

Briefly describe the problem (1 sentence).
Then, explain how the problem was solved using the terminology you learned in the lesson called "Interacting with Coworkers". Refer to the tips in the lesson that helped you solve the conflict OR explain how the tips could have helped you solve the problem.
Don't have much work experience? Interview a family member with a long history of work experience about 3-5 problems they have encountered with coworkers or bosses and how they resolved those problems.

Fill in the chart below with the problem (1 sentence).
Explain how they resolved each problem (1 sentence). Don't forget to use terminology from the lesson called "Interacting with Coworkers" throughout your responses.

Activity 2: Team Building

Using the free space below, consider our school a team and make a map of everyone's roles and responsibilities as you see them.

Include the following team members:

your parents/guardians
your teachers
the administrators
your peers
Be creative and add images and/or colors to make your map stand out.

Compare the list with your current work situation (or a family member if you have no work history).
Discuss how strong or weak your team is in each area in at least 2-3 complete sentences each.
Once complete, download, and submit it as a file.
